I can't connect my Facebook Page to Advance

Common Issue #1: You don't have access to the Business Manager associated with your Page

To integrate your Facebook Page with Advance, you must have access to the Business Manager associated with your page.

It is a very common issue that people trying to integrate their Facebook Page with Advance do not have access to the Business Manager associated with the page. Without access to the Business Manager associated with your Page, you will not be able to integrate your Facebook Page with Advance.

To see which Business Manager account is associated with your Page, log into your Facebook Page and visit the Page Access tab in your settings:

If you don't have access to the Business Manager noted on this page, you will the people/person who set it up to provide you with access. You will not be able to integrate your Facebook Page with Advance otherwise.

Note: If you are unable to access the Business Manager associated with your Facebook Page, Stepps is unable to assist you with gaining access. You must find the person(s) who set this up for you and ask them to add you as a user within the Business Manager.

To see if you have access to the Business Manager noted on this page, visit the following link (change your_business_id with the business ID shown in your Page Access screen:

Once you've gained access to the Business Manager associated with your Facebook Page, you can proceed with integrating your Facebook Page following the instructions provided in your Advance dashboard:

Common issue #2: You don't see the Partner menu in Business Manager

If you don't see the Partner settings screen inside your Business Manager, it's likely that you are inside Meta Business Suite. To get to Business Manager, click on Go To Business Manager in the bottom left corner of your screen:

Then click on the menu at the top of the screen and click Business Settings:

You will then see the Partners menu:

You can now proceed with integrating your Facebook Page following the instructions provided in your Advance dashboard:
