The open home attendance figure on your Advance dashboard is based on how many people have attended ANY open home after interacting with your listing campaigns on Advance. However, the open home attendance figure on the individual report pages shows how many people interacted with that specific property on social media and attended the open home for that specific property.
Both figures are wonderful examples for potential vendors of how social media can help sell their homes.
There are instances where someone might interact with a campaign for 123 Smith Street (example address) but not attend an open home for that property. Instead, they might attend an open home for 456 Smith Street (example address). We cannot attribute that person's attendance at 456 Smith Street to their social media engagement on 123 Smith Street. Hence, the dashboard figure will be higher in some cases than the figure on your individual report page.
