Subject: Stepps Advance Activation

The first step for activating your Advance account is to set up a listing feed from {CRM} to Stepps (standard REAXML format via FTP) - details below.


We would recommend that you forward this email to your contact at {CRM} and cc us so we can follow up on your request if need be:


Hi {CRM}, we would like to set up a portal feed integration with Stepps to send our listings to their platform.


Here are the FTP credentials that {CRM} will need to set up your listing feed:

Secondly, if you would like to track email enquiries from your Advance campaigns and target your website visitors with campaigns (so people who have visited your website can be included in your target audience on social media), please send the following instructions to your website developer who will need to implement this for you: https://advance-enquiry-docs.pages.dev/installation.

Yes - the listing feed from Agentbox is working and you're welcome to get started on setting up your account get started on creating your first campaign.

Alternatively, here are the steps below if you'd prefer:

Create your account and read over our platform terms and conditions at https://advance.stepps.com.au/register.

Configure your email notifications in your Advance dashboard > Your Agents, so that you can be notified about new listings and to prompt you to create an Advance campaign.

Integrate your Facebook Page(s) via the Advance dashboard.

Add a credit card to use for your campaign payment (we'd also recommend settings billing contact in your Advance dashboard > Billing so the right person receives your campaign invoices)

(Recommended) Ask your web developer to install our Meta pixel and enquiry button on your website - https://advance-enquiry-docs.pages.dev/installation. This is recommended so you can unlock the website visitors targeting option and allow you to attribute email enquiries to your social campaigns.

Create your first campaign.
